Delivery
We offer several convenient delivery and pickup options throughout Lithuania. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.
1. Order Preparation
Most orders are prepared within 1 business day after payment confirmation or order approval.
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is prepared and handed over to the delivery service provider.
2. Free Pickup in Vilnius
You can collect your order free of charge from our store in Vilnius. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by phone or email.

Mon–Fri: 08:30–18:00
Sat–Sun: by arrangement
If necessary, you may be asked to confirm the recipient’s identity.
3. Parcel Locker Delivery
You can collect your order from a selected LP Express or OMNIVA parcel locker. Once the parcel is delivered, you will receive an SMS and / or email with pickup information.

4. Delivery via Lithuanian Post
Orders may be delivered to your selected Lithuanian Post office.
Price: from €4.70
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days
You will be informed by phone or email once your shipment has arrived. Parcels must be collected within the storage period specified by Lithuanian Post.
5. Courier Delivery
Orders can be delivered directly to your specified address by courier. Before delivery, the courier may contact you regarding the delivery time.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Delivery cost depends on parcel weight:

6. Additional Fees
If payment is made upon delivery or pickup by cash or card, an additional €1.40 fee applies.
An additional €29.70 fee applies for courier deliveries to the Curonian Spit (Neringa region). This fee does not apply to OMNIVA parcel lockers located in the Curonian Spit area.
7. Small Order Service Fee
Orders with a product total below €15.00 (excluding delivery fees) are subject to a €0.90 small order service fee.
This fee helps cover order preparation, packaging, and administration costs.
8. Free Delivery
Selected products may qualify for free delivery. Such products are marked accordingly on the product page.
Free delivery conditions apply according to the delivery method specified in the product description.
9. Important Information
- Delivery times are preliminary and may vary due to courier workload, holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If the shipment packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend noting this at the time of receipt or informing us as soon as possible.
- If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you regarding the estimated delivery time.
