Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, the conditions of purchasing goods, payment, delivery, returns, warranty, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.e-kasetes.lt.

1.3. The Store sells printer cartridges, toners, ink cartridges, office equipment consumables, and other printing-related products and equipment.

1.4. Some products are available in the physical store in Vilnius and may be purchased directly on-site.

1.5. Prices in the physical store and the online store may differ. Prices applicable to the online store may be marked with the “e-price” label next to the product image.

1.6. By placing an order in the Store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.7. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version comes into force from the date of publication on the website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart, submits the order, and pays for the goods.

2.2. The Seller confirms the order via the Buyer’s provided e-mail address or by another method specified in the Store.

2.3. Each order is stored in the Seller’s database in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

3.1. The Buyer has the right to:

purchase goods in the Store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
return defective goods;
receive information regarding the order, delivery, warranty, and return procedures.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

provide accurate and correct information;
pay for the order on time;
accept the ordered goods;
comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

4.1. The Seller undertakes to:

provide conditions enabling the Buyer to use the Store;
provide clear information about products, prices, delivery, and returns;
deliver the ordered goods or inform the Buyer if delivery is not possible;
respect the Buyer’s privacy and protect personal data.

4.2. The Seller has the right to:

restrict or suspend access to the Store if the Buyer violates these Terms and Conditions;
temporarily suspend the Store’s operation due to technical maintenance;
cancel the order if the goods are unavailable in the Seller’s or suppliers’ warehouses.

5. Product Prices, Payments and Invoices

5.1. All prices displayed in the Store are indicated in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.2. The Buyer may pay using payment methods available in the Store, including:

electronic banking;
Visa and Mastercard payment cards;
bank transfer;
other payment methods indicated in the Store.

5.3. Order processing begins only after payment has been received unless otherwise specified.

5.4. After payment, the Buyer receives a VAT invoice electronically or by another agreed method.

5.5. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the goods are unavailable, the displayed price was incorrect, or the order cannot be fulfilled due to other objective reasons.

5.6. In such cases, the Buyer is informed by e-mail or phone, and any paid amounts are refunded within 5 business days.

6. Compatible and Alternative Cartridges

6.1. The Store may offer original, compatible, and alternative printer cartridges and toners.

6.2. Compatible or alternative cartridges are not original products of printer manufacturers but are intended for use with corresponding printer models.

6.3. Trademarks, manufacturer names, and printer models are used solely for compatibility identification purposes.

6.4. Before purchasing, the Buyer must ensure that the selected cartridge or toner is suitable for their printer model.

7. Delivery of Goods

7.1. Delivery conditions are provided on the page Delivery.

7.2. If the product is marked as available in the store, orders placed on business days before 14:00 are usually shipped the same business day.

7.3. If the product is marked with the term “1–3 business days”, the usual delivery time is the next business day, although delivery may occasionally take up to 3 business days.

7.4. If a longer delivery term is specified, for example “3–7 business days”, this means that the product may not be available in Lithuanian warehouses and delivery may take longer.

7.5. If the product is marked “Ask”, the Buyer should contact the Seller regarding the exact delivery time.

7.6. Delivery times are preliminary and may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

7.7. The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. If any damage is noticed, the Buyer must inform the courier and the Seller immediately.

8. Warranty and Returns

8.1. Returns are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the return policy published in the Store.

8.2. Detailed return conditions are available on the page Returns.

8.3. Quality goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt provided the product has not been used, damaged, and retains its original packaging and condition, unless otherwise specified by law.

8.4. Defective goods are replaced, repaired, or refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

8.5. Compatible and alternative cartridges are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description.

8.6. Original manufacturer products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Original products may carry up to a 24-month warranty unless otherwise specified.

8.7. The warranty does not apply if the product was used improperly, mechanically damaged, damaged due to improper installation, storage, operation, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

9.3. The Buyer confirms that the submitted data is accurate and correct.

10. Liability

10.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the provided information.

10.2. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Buyer or failure to read these Terms and Conditions.

10.3. The Seller is not responsible for Store disruptions caused by third parties, technical failures, internet disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.

11.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.4. Consumers may submit complaints to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority: www.vvtat.lt.
